Changed DNS but the site or mail still goes to the old place?

Pick where to ask above: Google, Cloudflare or the domain's own nameserver. If the nameserver already has the new value and Google does not, you are waiting for the TTL.

What is the TTL column?

How many seconds resolvers may cache the record before asking again. A TTL of 3600 means up to an hour before people see a change. Lower it to 300 the day before moving a site or mail.

CNAME or A record?

A points straight to an IP. CNAME points to another name and follows that name's records. The bare domain cannot use CNAME if it also has MX or TXT records.

What is CAA for?

CAA lists which certificate authorities may issue SSL for the domain, e.g. only letsencrypt.org. Without CAA any CA can issue, which is fine.
