Mail going to spam or not arriving?
Most of the time SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or wrong. Enter the domain above, look for anything red and follow the "How to fix" line.
What does "more than 10 SPF lookups" mean?
Each include, a and mx in SPF makes the receiver run a DNS lookup, and nested includes count too. Past 10 the whole record fails even if it looks right. It usually happens when Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and a bulk sender are stacked. Drop includes for services you stopped using, or replace them with ip4 ranges.
Should DMARC be p=none or p=reject?
Start with p=none plus a rua= address for reports. After 2–4 weeks, once your real mail passes SPF/DKIM, move to p=quarantine and then p=reject. Staying on p=none forever leaves spoofers free to use your domain.
No DKIM found. Is it off?
We try common selectors (default, google, selector1…). Microsoft 365, Zoho or self-hosted mail may use another one. Find it in your mail admin panel, or open the headers of a sent message and read s= in DKIM-Signature.
How long until a DNS fix shows up?
It depends on the old record's TTL, usually 5 minutes to a few hours. Check again after the TTL shown in the table.
