How to add the signature to your mailbox

Click Copy signature, then paste (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on a Mac) into your mailbox’s signature box. Images and icons load from the web, so they need a connection to show.

Gmail
  1. Open Gmail on a computer, click the gear icon, then See all settings.
  2. On the General tab, scroll to Signature, click Create new and give it a name.
  3. Paste the signature into the box on the right.
  4. Pick it for new emails and replies, then scroll down and click Save Changes.
Outlook desktop (Windows)
  1. Open Outlook, go to File, Options, then Mail.
  2. Click Signatures…, choose New and give it a name.
  3. Paste the signature into the Edit signature box.
  4. Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then click OK.
Outlook on the web and new Outlook
  1. Open Outlook on the web and click the gear icon (Settings).
  2. Go to Account, Signatures, then New signature.
  3. Paste the signature, give it a name and click Save.
  4. Pick it as the default for new messages and replies, then Save.
Apple Mail (Mac)
  1. Open Mail, go to Mail > Settings (or Preferences), then the Signatures tab.
  2. Select your account and click + to add a signature.
  3. Untick "Always match my default message font", then paste the signature on the right.
  4. Close the window; Mail saves it automatically.
Other webmail (Roundcube, IceWarp, cPanel…)
  1. Open the webmail Settings and find Identities or Signature.
  2. Turn on HTML mode for the signature if there is one.
  3. Paste the signature. If the box only takes code, click the source button (<>) and paste the Copy HTML result.
  4. Save, then send yourself a test email.

Make a free email signature

Fill in your details, pick a template and colours, see it live in an email frame, then copy and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or webmail. Every feature is free, no sign-in needed.

Is my information stored?

No. The signature is built in your browser, never sent to our server and never saved. Closing the page loses it, so add it to your mailbox once you are done.

Why don’t the images show after pasting?

The logo, photo and banner must be image links already online, starting with https://. Some mailboxes block images until the reader clicks to show them.

It looks off in Outlook. What can I do?

Use Copy signature and paste straight into Outlook’s signature box. If it still looks off, try the Basic or One line template, the simplest two.
