ToolsSPF record generator

SPF record generator: bizmac.com.vn

Build an SPF record for your domain and count DNS lookups so you stay within the limit of 10.

Where is mail for this domain sent from?

Tick every service that sends mail as this domain: your mailbox provider, newsletter tools, the website’s notification mail… Anything you leave out is more likely to land in spam.

One per line, or separated by commas. IPs like 203.0.113.10 or ranges like 198.51.100.0/24. An include is the SPF domain your mail provider gives you.

What about mail from anywhere else?

The record is built in your browser and never sent to our server.

Build an SPF record for your mail domain

SPF is a TXT record listing who may send mail as your domain. Receivers use it to tell real mail from fakes. This tool builds the record in your browser and counts the DNS lookups for you.

I already have an SPF record. What now?

Edit the existing record instead of adding a second one. Two SPF records on one domain break SPF. Tick every service that sends your mail, then replace the old value with the new one.

What is the 10 DNS lookup limit?

Each include, a and mx makes the receiver do one more DNS lookup, including includes nested inside them. More than 10 and SPF fails, so mail is more likely to land in spam. IPs written directly cost nothing.

~all or -all?

Start with ~all. Once you are sure every sender is listed and DMARC is in place, you can switch to -all to reject spoofed mail more firmly.
